3 LTTE terrorists killed in surprise assault- Mullaittiuvu
3 terrorists were reported killed when troops opened a surprise assault at a small LTTE element moving in general area Pannikkankulama, Northwest of Mankulama at the Mullaittiuvu battlefront, Saturday (Oct 4).
Combined troops of the 7th Light Infantry and 15th Sinha Regiment under the 57 Division are operating in this area, military said, adding that the attack was launched at around 3.50 p.m.
