Bus services on A9 highway
SLTB bus service operated Friday (16) on the A9 highway route from Kilinochchi to Vavuniya after 20 years transporting a group of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) Minister of Transport Dullas Alahapperuma said.
The bus took a group of IDPs to a safer camp in Vavuniya and provided them with food, clothes and medicine and many of them had moved from the uncleared areas to the government controlled areas for several hours.
