SC Refuses to release Gen. Sarath Fonseka
The Supreme Court today refused the to release of Rtd. Gen. Sarath Fonseka following the Fundamental Rights petition filed by him, however added that immediate access should be allowed for immediate family members and lawyers to meet him.
