Air Force confiscates air craft parts sent to NGO

All components necessary to assemble two light air crafts have been sent to an NGO concealed with a load of tsunami aid says sources in the Katunayake International Airport. These components which were packed in thirteen packages have been flown to Sri Lanka by Cathy Pacific and German L.H. air lines. A few weeks ago too 14 bullet proof kits had been flown concealed in tsunami aid. They had been air lifted from the UK. Security Forces suspect that these components had been brought down to be handed over to Wanni tiger organization. Satellite photographs taken a few days ago have confirmed that tiger organization possesses a light air craft and a runway in Mulaitivu jungle. However, after the tsunami catastrophe, information has received that Wanni tiger organization had obtained another light air craft say Air Force sources. They believe that this air craft had been obtained through an NGO. At present the air craft components are in the custody of Air Force. They will not be released without the permission of the Defense Ministry say Air Force sources
