Security sections have taken measures to make available a special identity card to minimize the difficulties people in Jaffna are confronted with at security check points.
The identity card would enable to identify people coming from outside easily.
According to the new step the security sections would visit houses and collect data to prepare the identity cards.
All this data would be programmed in the identity card.
