[ad#200×200] Tamil Diaspora is mainly spread in Canada (highest Tamil population outside Sri Lanka), USA, UK, Norway, Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, Sweden, South Africa, India, Malaysia and some other EU countries. The Tamil Diaspora of these countries has been raising funds for LTTE war chest over the last twenty five years. But now the hierarchy of these LTTE various fronts spread in the above mentioned countries are alleged to have been drinking champagne every time LTTE looses its strongholds day by day as the fund collectors’ use those funds collected for LTTE war chest for their own benefit. It is suspected that these fund collectors have gone missing with millions of dollars collected for LTTE. It is believed that LTTE’s financial structure is in total disarray as Prabahakran is unable to monitor millions of dollars collected by these LTTE sponsored dubious fronts as he is on the run to save his own life. However, this recent act by the fund raisers has become a blessing in disguise for the Sri Lankan government to see the LTTE is financially becoming weaker and weaker as the collectors alleged to have played out LTTE funds.

Those donors who willingly contributed for a mythical homeland and those who were forced to donate by way of extortions and life threats may be running after the fund collectors seeking return of the donations as Tamil homeland has now become only distant day dream. One may notice that within the next six months, there will be new Tamil businesses coming up in the countries mentioned above. Despite many of the LTTE fund collectors have gone missing with million of dollars and if the hard core Tamil Diaspora is still donating, then it is their folly and no one to be blamed.
